VK AI TradeOS is being developed as an AI-assisted trade operations environment designed specifically for SME physical commodity traders — bringing trade information, documents and operational workflows into a more organised and searchable working environment. Our ambition is to bring practical AI capability to an underserved downstream segment of physical commodity trading — particularly SME and owner-led businesses that have historically had limited access to purpose-built technology.

VK AI TradeOS is being developed at the intersection of these disciplines, with product direction informed by first-hand operating experience.
VK AI TradeOS is currently in development. A working interactive Trader Desk prototype has been developed and the core PRE-PRICE, POST-PRICE and TRADE MEMORY workflows have been mapped. The next objective is a commercial MVP, selected integrations and initial customer validation.

Prasad Kodukula, Founder of VK Global, brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience across international physical commodity trading, trade operations and structured trade finance. His current focus is to combine that domain experience with practical AI capabilities through the development of VK AI TradeOS.
Experience across chrome ore, manganese ore, ferrochrome and silico-manganese, including trade operations and documentation, vessel chartering, container bookings, inspections, port and mine visits, shipping and marine insurance.
Commodity trade operations and structured trade finance, including Letters of Credit, trade documentation, credit-line facilities, document vetting, management reporting, discounting and corporate banking relationships.
Continued involvement in international commodities and financial markets, including derivatives and systematic trading, while leading the development of VK AI TradeOS for SME physical commodity traders.
